tapntake.in provides catering services for all types of food and beverages. Due to the perishable nature of food, we follow a strict Returns & Refunds Policy.

No Returns on Food Items

Once food or beverages have been prepared, delivered, or served, returns are not accepted. This policy ensures food safety, hygiene, and quality for all our customers.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled event or delivery time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation and procurement may have already begun.

For large or custom catering orders, cancellation timelines may vary and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment made by the customer

Order cancellation approved within the allowed time frame

Failure to deliver services due to reasons directly attributable to tapntake.in

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Quality Concerns

If you have concerns regarding food quality or service, please notify us immediately at the time of delivery or service. We will review the issue and may offer a partial refund, credit, or alternative resolution at our discretion.
